Gail’s career began on Wall Street with Bear Stearns Inc., where she developed a solid foundation in transaction analysis and business acumen. She worked closely with major oil companies, mid-tier banks, and energy consulting firms, providing strategic advisory services on market trends, risk management, and investment strategies. Her role extended beyond financial transactions, involving deep client engagement and tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Leveraging her Wall Street experience, Gail transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding Faces Beautiful in 2002. This pioneering cosmetics and spa beauty destination offered a comprehensive array of aesthetic and beauty services, alongside an extensive selection of upscale indie cosmetic brands. Gail's strategic vision and understanding of consumer needs allowed her to build and eventually sell this successful business at an opportune time. This entrepreneurial success provided her with invaluable insights into the intricacies of preparing a business for sale and maximizing its value.
In 2014, Gail founded Beauty Elevate Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to providing executive leadership and strategic direction across multiple sectors, including beauty, medical, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing. As the Advisory Board Chair, she continues to offer strategic guidance, leveraging her extensive experience in innovative product development, market strategy, and business valuations. She has successfully led the development and launch of numerous products, transforming business models and driving significant revenue growth for her clients.
